    We are a company in our third year of operation with offices located at 975 Wood Oak Lane #210, in Salt Lake City right behind the Sports Mall. G&M Property Solutions was started by Greg Sneyd in early 2006 with plans to stay around for a long time. We try to help out the area by bettering homes that would otherwise be left in less than perfect condition.  G&M Property Solutions, LLC purchases residential real estate in Salt Lake City, Utah and neighboring suburbs. We are aware of our responsibility to the communities we do business in and our role in the betterment of these communities. Therefore, we always make every effort to provide products that are of good quality and will blend in well with the neighborhood.

    Greg has a long history in business and has been the back bone of several different companies in the past. Some of these include, RMI Dental Success and One-Off CD Shops. He specializes in marketing and has had a great reputation throughout his career.
